Summary
The survey recorded that the historic cottage comprises a Type C timber framed building of a 17th/18th origin, with multiple later extensions and renovations around its original core.
Results
The Archaeological Standing Building Recording discharged a planning condition stipulated by Powys County Council. The application for planning permission was approved.
