Animal Teeth Finds

Animal teeth often survive burial processes well and are fairly commonly found in archaeological features that have been used to dispose of domestic waste. While the majority of animal teeth do not merit further investigation beyond identification of species, age and wear/disease/damage, teeth can be scientifically analysed to track migration patterns, diets or animal husbandry practices.
